It’s easy to go along with life blindly, without thinking too much about where you’re at. There’s no time to think about whether you’re living your ideal life or whether you’re being blown into a multitude of directions by the wind of life. You get pulled in many directions, with exorbitant responsibilities and burdens and get lost in the process.

Do you ask yourself, who am I? What is it that I want? What do I need?

If you’re a professional, juggling work with family and leisure, you might feel burnout with little time for yourself. You have no time for calm. More burdens lead to increased anxiety and difficulty managing stress.

With a poor coping ability to manages stress, you’ll tend to say yes to more and more responsibilities without delegating tasks to others. You simply don’t have the energy or inclination to say ‘no’ to these tasks. You’ve lost sight of yourself because you’re too busy pleasing others rather than pleasing yourself; living true to yourself. Your health then suffers; you scream at your children; you argue with your spouse; your professional work suffers, and you’re not sleeping because of anxiety and stress. When you don’t sleep, depression sets in. When you’re depressed, you don’t sleep. It’s a vicious cycle.

So how can you learn to say ‘no’ to others?

How can you create calm and have a sense of fun?

How can you sit back and reflect on your life direction?

Have you got to know your inner needs and wants without the pressure of outside influences?

It’s easy when you can coach yourself and learn strategies to manage stress and anxiety. Get started by achieving your biggest desire in life. Follow your passion.

Start living your life with purpose and follow your own calling. What is that calling?

I am currently in the process of developing a free online course entitled, ‘A Simple and Fun Toolkit to Create Calm.’ It’s about getting your life better organised, identifying strengths and obstacles, learning tips to manage stress, and creating a vision or positive change in one area of your life.

When you create a purposeful life, your stress and anxiety decrease. Your sense of fun in life increases. Who wouldn’t wear a smile when living their best life? Or their ideal life?

It’s time to create that VISION and learn about coaching.
