The book focuses on each topic above and discusses theories, my own reflective process throughout personal challenges, reflective and discussion questions, and exercises you can do.

In the book, I wanted to encapsulate my own learnings and challenges to help others. I wanted to draw on my own counselling/coaching experiences.

Under the topic of self-care, I discuss relaxation, work/life balance, goal-setting, managing stress and anxiety, and grief.

The topic of resilience discusses gratitude, self-compassion, positivity, strengths, and new habits.

Under the chapter of creativity, I focus on journal writing and spirituality.

Finally, the topic of wellness coaching draws on creating a vision and goal-setting.

Future Plan

My plan is to eventually create an online workshop related to my book so that I can be more interactive within the reading community. The first workshop will be free, and over time, I’d like to gauge the needs of the community to create future training or courses.
